You must not use CleanQuoteFlow to send spam, purchased-list campaigns, unsolicited bulk email, misleading offers, phishing messages, or emails to people who have not contacted or authorised your business.

Quote and follow-up automation should only be used for genuine leads, customer enquiries, and legitimate business communication.

You must not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, discrimination, abuse, impersonation, or content that breaches applicable law.

You must not use automation to overwhelm recipients, bypass consent requirements, manipulate systems, scrape data, attack services, or interfere with platform reliability.

Users must keep quote content accurate and avoid false claims about pricing, availability, guarantees, or service outcomes.

If you connect Resend, Postmark, or another email service, you must also follow that provider's terms, sending policies, and domain verification requirements.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, create deliverability risk, harm recipients, threaten platform security, or expose CleanQuoteFlow or other users to legal risk.
