These services process email delivery information so quotes and follow-ups can be sent and tracked. Users are responsible for ensuring their connected email account is configured correctly.

Lead records are stored for 15 days as part of the normal CleanQuoteFlow workflow, then may be automatically deleted according to the data retention policy.

Users who need to keep lead information longer should export or copy that information before the retention period ends.

Users and customers may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information where applicable.
