CleanQuoteFlow is provided to help cleaning businesses capture leads, send quotes, automate follow-ups, and manage short-term lead activity.

You agree to use the platform lawfully, professionally, and only for legitimate business communication with people who have contacted or authorised your business.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, maintaining accurate account information, and controlling access for anyone using your account.

You are also responsible for the pricing rules, quote content, email templates, and connected form data used by your business.

You must not use CleanQuoteFlow for spam, harassment, illegal activities, misleading offers, abusive automation, or any communication that breaches applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse automation, create deliverability risk, harm other users, or breach these terms.

Email sending responsibility lies with the user. You are responsible for ensuring recipients have provided appropriate consent and that your emails comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and consumer laws.

If you connect Resend, Postmark, or another email service, you are responsible for that account, sender domain, templates, and delivery configuration.

We aim to keep CleanQuoteFlow reliable, but we do not provide an uptime guarantee. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, network issues, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanQuoteFlow is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, lost bookings, email delivery issues, business interruption, or indirect losses related to use of the platform.

You remain responsible for checking your leads, managing your customer relationships, and maintaining backups or exports where needed.

You may stop using CleanQuoteFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account breaches these terms, creates security risk, misuses email automation, or uses the service unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under applicable Australian law unless another requirement applies by law.
