Data Retention Policy

This policy explains how long lead data is stored in CleanQuoteFlow and what users should do if they need to keep records longer.

Lead storage period

CleanQuoteFlow stores lead records for 15 days. This retention period is designed for fast quote handling, short follow-up windows, and reduced long-term storage of customer information.

Automatic deletion

After the retention period, lead records may be automatically deleted from the platform. Deleted records may not be recoverable.

The platform should not be treated as a long-term customer database, archive, or CRM backup.

User export responsibility

Users must export, copy, or otherwise save lead information before the 15-day retention period ends if they need it for bookkeeping, customer records, compliance, or future marketing follow-up.

No long-term storage guarantee

CleanQuoteFlow does not guarantee long-term storage of lead data. The service is focused on fast quoting and follow-up automation, not permanent record keeping.

Account and operational records

Some account, billing, security, analytics, or operational records may be retained for longer where required to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.
